Trust & Safety

Our commitment
Miss Call only works if both sides trust it. This page explains, in plain terms, what we do to keep the platform safe and private — for callers and hosts alike.
Singapore only
Every host and every caller on Miss Call is based in Singapore. We don't match you with anyone from outside the country.
Age and identity verification
Every host is ID-verified, with a real, unfiltered photo approved before she's listed. All users — callers included — must confirm they're 18 or older before their first call.
Conversation only, always
Calls on Miss Call are conversation only. Explicit content is not permitted, on either side of the call, under any circumstance — this is enforced, not just promised, and we don't facilitate arranging anything in person.
Call privacy protections
What happens on a call is meant to stay on the call. Specifically:
- Screenshots and screen recording are not permitted during a call, for either party.
- Every call defaults to camera on — you're seen, and you can see who you're talking to. If you'd rather not show your face, Privacy Mode covers it with a masquerade-style filter for the whole call, but the camera itself stays on throughout.
- Nothing from a call is posted, shared, or follows you anywhere else.
Reporting and blocking
You can report or block anyone, mid-call, in one tap — no explanation required. Every report is reviewed by us directly.
Enforcement
Violating any of the above — explicit content, attempting to arrange in-person contact, capturing a call, or harassment — results in an immediate warning, suspension, or permanent ban, at our discretion.
Your data
What information we collect and how it's handled is covered in full in our Privacy Policy.
Report a concern
