Terms of Service
Last updated 9 September 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By joining the Miss Call waitlist, creating an account, or using the Miss Call service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
Miss Call is restricted to individuals who are (a) at least 18 years old, and (b) located in Singapore at the time of use. We verify age and identity before granting full access, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe does not meet these requirements.
3. The service
Miss Call is a video-call companionship platform: callers browse hosts and start private, conversation-only video calls. The waitlist lets you reserve early access ahead of public launch, either for free or via the paid VIP option described below. Features, pricing, and launch timing may change before general availability.
4. Waitlist and payments
Joining the free waitlist costs nothing. Joining the VIP waitlist costs a one-time fee of S$1, processed securely by our payment provider, HitPay. In exchange, VIP members receive call credits worth up to one hour of calls, applied automatically to their account once Miss Call launches.
We do not store your card or payment details — all payment processing is handled directly by HitPay under its own terms. The S$1 VIP fee is charged once you complete checkout; please make sure you intend to join before paying.
5. Conduct and content policy
Miss Call exists for genuine conversation. While using the service, you agree to:
- Keep all calls conversation-only — no explicit or sexual content, ever.
- Never attempt to arrange an in-person meeting through the platform.
- Not screenshot, screen-record, or otherwise capture any call, in whole or part.
- Keep your camera on for the duration of any call — calls default to camera-on and audio-only or camera-off calling is not supported. If you enable Privacy Mode, your face is covered with a masquerade-style filter, but your camera itself remains on.
- Treat hosts and other users with respect — harassment or abuse is not tolerated.
Violating this policy may result in an immediate warning, suspension, or permanent ban, at our discretion, without refund of any fees already paid.
6. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Miss Call at any time if we believe, in good faith, that you've violated these Terms, our Trust & Safety commitments, or applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time by contacting us.
7. Intellectual property
The Miss Call name, branding, and site content belong to us. You're granted a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service — nothing here gives you rights to our brand, code, or content beyond that.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Miss Call is provided “as is.” We work to verify hosts and enforce our content policy, but we can't guarantee the conduct of every user on every call. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as the service moves from waitlist to public launch. We'll post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the update.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
